Lynn is an accomplished sales, marketing, and business consulting leader with over 25 years’ experience spanning numerous industries including global life sciences, cosmeceuticals, CPG and manufacturing. Lynn has a proven track record of delivering transformative growth which has led to several awards and product/company acquisitions. She is currently the Founder & CEO of Grisco Consulting LLC, a marketing, sales and business operations consultancy that works with companies to drive innovation by providing growth generating strategies that create a long-term vision and enterprise wide solution. In addition, Lynn is the Chief Operations Officer for Canalé Enterprises, Inc., an elite/celebrity prestige hair care products company based in Beverly Hills, CA.
Prior to Grisco Consulting and Canalé, Lynn spent 10 years in domestic & international sales and marketing leadership positions at Bristol Myers Squibb where she received numerous industry marketing awards for her innovative, multichannel marketing campaigns.
Prior to joining BMS, Lynn led sales and marketing for Specialty Scripts Pharmacy, significantly growing net sales, positioning the organization for partnerships, ultimately leading to the acquisition by Cardinal, now Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy.
Prior to Specialty Scripts, Lynn worked at Forrester Research where she helped Fortune 100 companies across numerous vertical markets including Whirlpool, Volkswagen, Travelocity, Hallmark and Marriott develop their future business strategies by leveraging technology. Most notably, she is known for attaining the largest advisory contract with media holding company BCom3 Group, now Publicis, the fourth largest advertising agency in the world.
Her experience within organizations of all sizes ranging from Forbes 100 to entrepreneurial startups demonstrates her ability in versatility of strategy development as well as executing with excellence.
Lynn lives with her husband and 2 children in the greater Boston area after returning from an expatriate assignment in Bern, Switzerland.
Lynn graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a B.S. in Marketing. While at SCSU, Lynn was the President of her Class, National Honor Society and Multicultural Society and the sole recipient of the President's Award for Scholarship, Leadership and Service. Lynn remains an active alumnae and currently holds a position on the School of Business Advisory Council.
